Looking to make your weekend artsy? Just trying to find something to do? Here are some cool events in Boston this weekend:

Know Tomorrow Music and Climate Festival: This festival is meant to stir up concern about climate change by bringing interested people together for an afternoon of musical performances and speeches by influential speakers. Artists include Speedy Ortiz, Outasight and Tufts own Starcatcher, among others. Friday at 2 p.m. in The Ritz-Carlton Grand Ballroom. Free admission, but the event is ticketed.

How I Met…Story Slam: The first ever Tufts Podcast Network (TPN) Story Slam takes place this weekend. The Story Slam is meant to be a creative and open space to share stories. Select stories from the slam will be featured on TPN’s next podcast. Friday at 8 p.m. in the Terrace Room. Free admission.

Wing Fling: The sisters of Chi Omega are hosting this event as a fundraiser for the Make-a-Wish Foundation, which grants wishes for children with life-threatening diseases. There will be food, prizes and a wing eating competition at the event. Saturday at 12 p.m. at 51 Winthrop Street (moved from the Tisch Library Roof due to inclement weather). Tickets are $7 ahead of time and $10 at the door.

OctoBEER Bar Crawl: Boston Ski and Sports Club will host this bar crawl through Davis Square and Somerville -- just a hop away on the Joey. Participants can look forward to an afternoon full of social day drinking, prizes, swag, games and more. Saturday at 12:30 p.m. in Davis Square. Tickets are $10-15 and available at BSSC.com.
