Fortune, Virtue and Love: An Evening of Opera Scenes: Join the Tufts Opera Ensemble for a night of music and drama as they perform works of opera and musical theater. Scenes to be performed include those from works such as "Dido and Aeneas" (first performed in 1689), "Don Giovanni" (1787) and "West Side Story" (1961). (Tonight at 8 p.m. in Distler Performance Hall. Admission is free, no tickets required.)

Tufts Electronic Music Ensemble presents Oh No!: Join the Tufts Electronic Music Ensemble as they perform a plethora of works from a variety of artists such as Pink Floyd, J.S. Bach and Alfonso X. Frank Lehrman directs. (Saturday at 8 p.m. in Distler Performance Hall. Admission is free, no tickets required.)

TDC presents Kevin Bacon presents Loose Foot: TDC presents its fall semester show, complete with '80s movies references and trademark choreography. (Saturday at 5 p.m. and again at 9:30 p.m. in Cohen Auditorium. Tickets are free at Cohen Box Office with a Tufts ID, limit two per ID.)

Anchord presents What’s Up Charlie Brown: Anchord performs their Fall 2014 concert this Friday. The performance will include selections from such artists as Gavin DeGraw, Pentatonix and Switchfoot. (Friday at 8 p.m. in Goddard Chapel. Admission is free. No tickets required.)

New Music Ensemble presents In C: Tufts NME will perform an experimental collection of music including “The Three Bs: Beethoven, Babbitt, Beyoncé” and an homage celebrating the 50th anniversary of Terry Riley’s “In C.” Guest musicians include Janet Underhill (on the bassoon), Philipp Stäudlin (soprano saxophone) and Michael McLaughlin (accordion). (Friday at 8 p.m. in Distler Performance Hall. Admission is free. No tickets required.)
