10:25 - Amherst begins to run away with it: Green hit his fifth 3-pointer (24 points overall) to put the Lord Jeffs up 73-47.
1:54 - Jumbos keep pushing, but work down low from Amherst sophomore David George keeps Lord Jeffs in control. His slam dunk pushes Amherst lead to 90-64.
Final: Amherst defeats Tufts in NESCAC quarterfinals 92-66. The Lord Jeffs shot an incredible 13-of-19 from beyond the arc (68.4 percent).
Earlier in the season, the Jumbos downed the Lord Jeffs at Amherst 80-53. Today, Amherst got its revenge, shooting the lights out as the visitors at Cousens Gym.
