15,437: the number of undergraduate applications, the third−largest applicant pool in history
24.5: the percentage of applicants offered admission, making this Tufts' second−most selective admission cycle and the lowest acceptance rate since 2001
24: the percentage of applicants to the School of Arts and Sciences that were accepted
27.5: the percentage of applicants to the School of Engineering that were accepted
91: the percentage of accepted applicants that rank in the top 10 percent of their high school class, up from 90 percent last year
32: the percentage of accepted applicants who are American students of color, up from 30 percent last year
38: the percentage of engineers admitted who are women, up from 33 percent last year.
54: the percentage of accepted applicants who applied for financial aid, down from 55 percent last year
4: the percentage of anticipated increase in need−based aid expenditure for the incoming class from last year
